Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Termination Policy for Contract-to-Close Services At Resurgent Real Estate, we strive to provide exceptional support through our Contract-to-Close services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause a transaction to fall through. Our cancellation and termination policy for these services is as follows: 1. Cancellation Before Service Commencement: - If you cancel the service before any work has begun, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. 2. Cancellation After Service Commencement: - If the contract falls through after we have started providing services, you will be responsible for a $99 cancellation fee and will receive a refund for the difference. 3. No Refunds for Completed Services: - If significant services have been fully rendered before the contract’s termination, no refund will be issued. 4. Reactivation or Transfer: - In the event you re-enter a contract on the same property within 60 days, you may reactivate our services without incurring additional costs beyond the prorated amount already paid.
