Cancellation Policy

Client agrees to sign an Exclusive Seller Listing Agreement for a term of no less than 90 days. Should the client decided to withdraw listing early, there will no refunds and there is a $100 withdrawal fee not included in the initial set up fee. Should client need to cancel or reschedule, they should do so at least one hr. prior to showings. No refunds will be issued for cancelations but can be rescheduled. Resurgent does not offer refunds or rescheduling for no-call and no-shows.
